Fleet buyout

We purchase your fleet outright. One transaction, one check, done. Fastest path to liquidity for companies that need to move quickly.

Fastest
Managed liquidation

We list, market, and sell your units through our dealer network and online channels. You get more per unit. We handle the process.

Best return
Export disposition

Older or high-mileage units that don't move domestically often have strong export value. We route them to our international buyer network.

High-mileage units
Equipment acquisition

Beyond trucks — we consider heavy construction equipment, trailers, and commercial vehicles of all types. If it runs on iron, tell us what you have.

Beyond trucks
Who We Work With

Sellers of all sizes — from owner-operators to institutional liquidators.

We don't have a minimum order. We don't only work with large fleets. If you have commercial equipment to move, we'll quote it.

Fleet operators
Companies retiring or rotating equipment
Trucking companies, construction firms, logistics operations, and corporate fleets retiring units, downsizing, or rotating equipment out of service. Whether it's 5 trucks or 300, we handle the full transaction.
Owner-operators & small fleets
Individual sellers and small operators
Independent operators changing careers, retiring, or selling a single unit. Small businesses winding down operations. We treat single-unit transactions with the same seriousness as 100-unit deals.
Banks & lenders
Repossession & collateral liquidation
Financial institutions disposing of repossessed commercial vehicles and collateral. We understand the timeline pressure and documentation requirements. Fast assessment, clean transactions.
Estates & probate
Estate executors & family successors
Executors, family members, and probate attorneys liquidating commercial vehicles as part of estate administration. We coordinate with legal requirements and provide proper documentation for estate accounting.
Bankruptcy trustees
Chapter 7 & Chapter 11 liquidations
Trustees liquidating commercial fleet assets in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings. We work within court-supervised timelines and provide the documentation trustees need for asset reports and court filings.
Repo agencies
Recovery & remarketing partners
Recovery agencies and remarketing firms with commercial vehicles to move. We're a reliable downstream buyer for repo agencies — fast offers, clean transactions, no chargebacks.
How You Get Paid

Two ways to move your fleet. Choose based on your timeline.

Some sellers need liquidity now. Others want maximum return per unit. We offer both transaction structures — you choose what fits.

Fleet Buyout

We buy. You're done.

One transaction. One payment. We take ownership of the fleet and move it ourselves. The cleanest exit available — no listing period, no waiting for buyers, no marketing your equipment.

When to choose this:
  • You need cash quickly
  • You're closing out a business and want a clean cut-off
  • You don't want equipment sitting unsold
  • You prefer certainty over maximum return
  • Bank, estate, or trustee deals where speed matters more than margin
Timeline: Typically 7–14 days from offer to payment.
Managed Liquidation

We sell on your behalf. You net more.

We list, market, and sell your fleet through our dealer network, online channels, and international buyer relationships. You retain ownership until each unit sells. We collect a commission. You keep the difference.

When to choose this:
  • You have time to let the right buyers come to your equipment
  • You want to maximize per-unit return
  • You have specialty units that need targeted buyers
  • You want professional marketing without operating the sales process yourself
  • Fleet mix is diverse and benefits from individual listings
Timeline: 30–90 days depending on fleet size and unit type.
Not sure which is right for you? Tell us about your situation and we'll recommend the right structure. Often a hybrid approach makes sense — we buy a portion outright and manage the remainder for higher returns. Call us or send your fleet details.
What We Buy

Trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment — running or not.

We're not picky about make, model, or condition. If it has commercial value, we'll quote it.

Semi tractors
Day cabs and sleepers — Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Volvo, International, Mack, Western Star. Day cab fleets, OTR sleeper fleets, and mixed configurations.
Dump trucks
Single-axle, tandem-axle, tri-axle, and multi-axle configurations. Steel and aluminum beds. All bed lengths and dump body styles.
Trailers
Dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, drop decks, lowboys, dump trailers, tanker trailers, car haulers, and specialty trailers.
Box trucks & cube vans
Class 3 through Class 7 box trucks, straight trucks, and cube vans. Liftgates, lift bodies, refrigerated, and standard configurations.
Specialty trucks
Roll-off trucks, hook trucks, water trucks, fuel trucks, wreckers, service trucks, bucket trucks, and other vocational equipment.
Heavy construction equipment
Excavators, loaders, bulldozers, skid steers, backhoes, compactors, and graders. Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu, Volvo, and other major brands.
Pickup trucks & commercial vans
Heavy-duty pickups (3/4-ton, 1-ton, dually) used commercially. Cargo vans, passenger vans, and commercial fleet vehicles.
Off-road & specialty iron
Articulated dump trucks, off-road haulers, mining equipment, agricultural equipment, and other specialty commercial machinery.
Don't see your equipment listed? Call us — if it has commercial value, we'll likely consider it.
How It Works

From first contact to payment in 7–14 days.

No drawn-out negotiation. No surprise conditions. Here's the straightforward process from your first call to closed transaction.

1
Day 1
Send us your fleet
Email us your fleet list — makes, years, models, mileage, condition notes, photos if you have them. Or call us and we'll walk through it together. The more detail upfront, the faster we move.
2
Day 1–3
We assess and respond
We evaluate each unit, check current market pricing, and respond with an offer within 48 hours. For larger or mixed fleets, we may schedule an in-person inspection — but you'll have an initial range fast.
3
Day 3–7
You decide, we paper it up
If our offer works, we draft the purchase agreement, coordinate title transfers, and confirm payment method. For institutional sellers (banks, trustees, estates), we accommodate your specific documentation requirements.
4
Day 7–14
We pay and move the iron
Payment delivered per agreement. We coordinate transport from your location — piggybacking semi tractors, flatbed or lowboy for larger equipment. You don't have to move a thing. Transaction closed.
Why Sell to Supreme Fleet

Operational advantages that matter to fleet sellers.

01
We close. Other buyers tire-kick.
We don't waste your time with conditional offers, financing contingencies, or last-minute renegotiation. When we make an offer, we close. If we have any concerns, we tell you before we quote — not after.
02
Licensed Utah dealer
Supreme Fleet operates as a licensed commercial dealer in Utah. Clean title transfers, proper documentation, sales tax handled correctly, and full transaction recording. No gray-area paperwork that creates problems later.
03
Nationwide reach, no minimum
We'll travel for any deal worth doing — anywhere in the lower 48. No minimum fleet size, no minimum transaction value. We take single units as seriously as 300-unit deals because every relationship matters.
04
Multiple disposition channels
We don't rely on a single resale channel. Domestic dealer sales, retail buyers, export to Latin America, parts and salvage networks — different units go through different channels. That diversity lets us pay more for the right equipment.
05
We coordinate transport
You don't move equipment to us. We arrange pickup from your location — piggyback hauling for semi tractors, flatbed and lowboy for larger iron. Transport is built into our pricing. You don't lift a finger after the paperwork is signed.
06
Institutional seller experience
We work regularly with banks, estates, bankruptcy trustees, and repo agencies. We understand court timelines, required documentation, and the institutional realities these transactions involve. Our paperwork is clean enough to satisfy trustees and probate courts.

Common Questions

Answers before you ask.

How fast can you make an offer on my fleet?
We typically deliver an initial offer within 48 hours of receiving your fleet list and basic information. For larger or more complex fleets, we may need additional time to coordinate inspections, but we'll tell you the timeline upfront.
Do you buy non-running trucks or damaged equipment?
Yes. We consider all conditions — running, non-running, wrecked, repairable, and salvage. Pricing reflects condition, but we don't turn away units based on running status. If it has value, we'll quote it.
Do I have to move the equipment to you?
No. We coordinate transport from your location. For semi tractors, we piggyback for efficient delivery. For larger equipment, we arrange flatbed or lowboy hauling. You don't move a thing.
What's the difference between fleet buyout and managed liquidation?
Fleet buyout: we purchase your fleet outright with one transaction. Fastest path to liquidity. Managed liquidation: we list, market, and sell your units through our dealer network and export channels. Takes longer but you typically net more per unit. Best choice depends on how quickly you need to close out and how much you value time vs. maximum return.
Do you work with banks, estates, and bankruptcy trustees?
Yes. We regularly work with institutional sellers — banks repossessing collateral, estates closing out commercial holdings, bankruptcy trustees liquidating fleet assets, and repo agencies. We understand the documentation requirements and timelines these transactions involve.
What geographic area do you cover?
Nationwide. We're headquartered in Utah with primary fleet acquisition operations in the Western and Midwest US, but we'll travel for any deal worth doing. For large fleets, we travel anywhere in the lower 48.
Can you handle the title transfer and documentation?
Yes. As a licensed Utah commercial dealer, we handle clean title transfers, all required documentation, and proper transaction recording. For institutional sellers, we accommodate specific paperwork requirements (court orders, bank releases, estate documentation).
What types of equipment do you buy beyond trucks?
Heavy construction equipment (excavators, loaders, dozers, skid steers), trailers (dry van, reefer, flatbed, lowboy, dump trailers, tankers), specialty vehicles (water trucks, roll-off, dump trucks, box trucks), and most commercial vehicles. If it runs on iron and has commercial value, tell us what you have.
