How It Works · Cómo Funciona

Four steps from
inquiry to delivery.

Our export process is straightforward. We've handled hundreds of international transactions and we know what each step requires.

1
Inquiry & Specs
Tell us what you need — make, year range, mileage, configuration, quantity, destination port. We respond within 24 hours with availability and pricing.
2
Quote & Agreement
Detailed quote with unit pricing, transport to port, documentation costs, and timeline. Bilingual contracts available. Deposits secure inventory.
3
Documentation
We prepare and provide all required US-side documentation — title, bill of sale, EIN-validated customs paperwork, AES filing, and any country-specific requirements.
4
Transport & Delivery
We coordinate transport from staging location to your designated US port. You handle ocean freight and import — or we connect you with our logistics partners.
Documentation & Compliance · Documentación

We handle the
US-side paperwork.

Export transactions involve multiple documents. Here's what we provide and what's expected from you.

What We Provide
Clean US Title
Free of liens, properly assigned to buyer for export.
Bill of Sale
Notarized bill of sale with full transaction details. Bilingual versions available.
EIN / VIN Verification
Verification documents required by US customs and most importing countries.
AES Filing
Automated Export System filing with US Census Bureau, required for shipments over $2,500.
Title Hold for 72 Hours
US customs requires titles to be presented to local CBP office 72 hours before export. We handle this step.
Commercial Invoice
Bilingual commercial invoice for customs and import processing.
Buyer Responsibility
What you handle on your side
Different countries have different import requirements. As the buyer, you handle:
Ocean freight booking and payment (or we coordinate through our logistics network)
Import duties and taxes in destination country
Country-specific permits and homologation requirements
Customs brokerage at destination port
Local registration and titling at destination
Compliance with import laws of your country
Established Brokers Welcome
For Brokers & Freight Forwarders

We work the way
brokers work.

If you're an established broker or freight forwarder with a buyer base, we're set up to support volume relationships. We understand the broker model and we don't try to circumvent it.

Volume pricing — preferential pricing structure for repeat broker relationships
Non-circumvention agreements — we sign formal NCNDAs to protect your buyer relationships
Direct broker contact — dedicated point of contact for established brokers, no general inbound queue
Inventory previews — early access to incoming fleet liquidations before public listing
Bilingual coordination — work directly with us in English or Spanish, your preference
Documentation efficiency — we know what each country requires and prepare it correctly the first time
Broker Statement

"We treat broker relationships as long-term partnerships, not one-off transactions. If you bring us a buyer, that buyer is yours — we don't go around you, we don't reach out direct, we don't undercut your pricing. The broker model exists for a reason and we respect it."
